A little about me
My name is Adrienne Nolan, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease over ten years ago after suffering for many years. Making the change to completely gluten free was overwhelming. The process of changing your kitchen and eating to gluten free can be daunting. I am available for consultation to help with this process. Thankfully I had my mother walking through this journey with me, as we were both diagnosed at the same time. I have always been a baker, however the transition to gluten free was not smooth and delicious. There are a lot of products out there that are over priced and don’t taste great. It took me many years to figure out my favorite flour mixture and the recipes that work. Well now that I have figured it out, I wanted to share it all with you. My baked goods are 100% gluten free and I am able to provide for other allergies as well. I hope that I can make the transition to gluten free smooth and delicious for you!
